These 5 exercises are good for you, require little or no equipment, and can be accomplished in 15 minutes or less. Also, each is proven to have health benefits if done on a regular basis.

Fifteen minutes of planking can be accomplished in sets, with the length of each set being determined by the fitness level of the participant.
